These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals who become members of Endorfin Community (“the Community”), operated by SIA EBG INVEST (“we,” “us,” “our”). By subscribing to or applying for membership, you (“you,” “member”) agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Membership Types

2.1 Paid Membership

Paid membership gives full access to the Community, including:
– Offline and online monthly events
– Thematic dance events
– Private chat and mini-groups
– Community-led programs
– Exclusive partner benefits

Pricing:
– Monthly Subscription: €95/month (recurring)
– Annual Subscription: €940/year (recurring)

2.2 Volunteer Membership

Volunteer memberships may be granted to individuals who actively contribute approximately 10 hours/month to the community (e.g., event support, promotion, speaking). Free access is discretionary and can be suspended if contributions are not met.

3. Payments and Billing

All paid memberships are processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize SIA EBG INVEST to charge your card automatically according to the selected membership plan.

3.1 Monthly Subscription

– Billed at €95/month
– The payment will be automatically charged to the card you provided once per calendar month
– This continues on a recurring basis until you cancel (see Section 4 for cancellation terms)

3.2 Annual Subscription

– Billed at €940/year
– You may choose to pay:
  – In one full payment (€940)
  – Or in two installments of €470 each (second payment due 6 months after the first)

If paying in two installments, both payments are binding and non-refundable. Payment reminders will be sent via email.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us at least 30 calendar days in advance via email at [insert contact email]. Cancellation will take effect 30 days after notice. No partial-month refunds will be provided.
– Annual Subscriptions: Non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is processed.

5. Use of Member Data

By becoming a member, you consent to us:
– Using your contact information to send updates about community events, news, and offers
– Contacting you for relevant opportunities or reminders related to your membership
– Including you in communication groups, such as email lists or chat platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Discord, etc.)

6. Community Conduct

You agree to:
– Respect all members and organizers
– Maintain confidentiality of shared information within private channels
– Avoid spamming or unauthorized promotion

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access without refund if these values are violated.

7. Event Participation

Some events included in your membership may require pre-registration or have participant limits.

Certain exclusive offerings, such as international trips or retreats, may involve additional fees and separate registration terms.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia, unless otherwise agreed.
